Merchant Service Agreement
Effective Date: 03/07/2025
This Merchant Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between MyBundlePay Ltd ("MyBundlePay", "we", "our", or "us") โ a registered company in Nigeria with RC 8179333, and you ("Merchant", "you", or "your") โ the registered user of our payment services.
By signing up or using MyBundlePay services, you accept and agree to the terms in this Agreement.
1. Purpose of This Agreement
This Agreement outlines the terms and responsibilities between MyBundlePay and merchants using our platform to collect payments, issue virtual cards, and access our API services.
2. Our Services
MyBundlePay offers you access to:

Wallet-based payment collection

Bank transfers, card payments, and USSD transactions

Airtime, data, and bill payment APIs
-
Virtual card issuance and funding (Naira & Dollar)

Custom business dashboards and reporting tools
-
Developer API access for integration
3. Merchant Responsibilities
As a merchant on our platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate and verifiable business information (CAC documents, ID, utility bill, etc.)

Use MyBundlePay only for legal and authorized business activities
-
Not process or collect payments for illegal goods or services
-
Comply with applicable Nigerian financial and data protection laws (CBN, NDPR, etc.)

Keep your API keys and login credentials confidential
4. Fees and Settlements

We charge a transaction fee on every successful payment. The rates are disclosed on your dashboard or API documentation.

Payouts are settled to your merchant wallet instantly or within 24 hours.
-
You can withdraw from your wallet to a verified bank account anytime, subject to KYC level.
5. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds for failed or duplicate transactions will be handled by MyBundlePay.

You are responsible for handling product/service-related disputes or refunds with your customers.

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours from the transaction time.
6. Virtual Card Terms

Card funding failures that debit your wallet without loading the card will be refunded after verification.

No refunds will be made for card usage on restricted websites, wrong billing info, or failed transactions caused by external merchants.

MyBundlePay is not liable for merchant-side holds or delays.
7. API Terms

Our API is provided โas-isโ. You are responsible for handling your server logic, security, and request limits.

Failed API requests due to wrong input (e.g., phone number, amount, meter ID) are non-refundable.

Do not share or expose your API keys to the public.
8. Termination of Agreement
This Agreement may be terminated:

By either party, with 7 daysโ notice via email

Immediately if fraud, abuse, or illegal activity is detected

If instructed by regulatory authorities or required by law
Pending settlements will be resolved within 7 working days after termination.
9. Data Protection and Privacy

MyBundlePay follows Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

Your data and that of your customers are protected using bank-level encryption.

You may not store or misuse sensitive customer data (e.g., card info).
10. Liability and Indemnity

MyBundlePay is not liable for losses due to network failure, downtime, merchant errors, or third-party issues.

You agree to indemnify MyBundlePay against any damages, claims, or losses caused by your misuse of the service.
11. Legal Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be settled in a competent court of law within Nigeria.
12. Agreement and Acceptance
By continuing to use our platform, APIs, or services, you agree to this Merchant Service Agreement.
